Colossal Sports Management star Raheem Sterling has been included in England manager Gareth Southgate’s squad for the upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers away to the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.
With Raheem showcasing his explosive form for both club and country, it comes as no surprise that the current Football Writers’ Player of the Year has been named in the 25-man shortlist.
Since making his debut for the Three Lions in November 2012, Raheem has been a constant figure for his national team, representing England in the last four major tournaments.
Raheem has already scored a blistering nine goals in all competitions for Manchester City this season – as well as finding the back of the net in the September international break with strikes against Bulgaria and Kosovo.
As a leading force in England’s young squad, Raheem’s talent and experience will be relied on once again as Southgate’s men strive for qualification to next year’s European Championships.
The Group A leaders travel to the Czech Republic on the 11th October before facing Bulgaria in Sofia three days later.
